In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to either Eve and Luxe Pty Ltd or Eve and Luxe and www.eveandluxe.com. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend this notice at any time.  Your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We, therefore, recommend that you read our terms and conditions carefully each time you access our website. LEGAL PURCHASE AGE

  • Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

PAYMENT AND PRICING

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time of purchase.
  • Orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
  • We undertake to take due care with your personal information provided on our Site. however, in providing us with such information, you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to an error in transmission or virus or malware. We use secure PCI Compliant 3rd party payment solutions.
  • No card information is ever viewed or saved at Eve and Luxe and it remains the private property of the cardholder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. All transactions are processed through secure forms of payment which are used by millions of people daily and are heavily encrypted third party-payment processors.

  • We take many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your personal information. In addition to processing all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third-party payment processor, your checkout experience is protected by SHA-2 digest method and 2048-bit SSL encryption to protect your private data. Eve and Luxe do NOT hold any credit card information on record. 
  • If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit card billing address so that we can process and fulfil your order. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information how we collect, store and use your personal information.

SHIPPING AND VERIFICATIONS

  • Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. 
  • Make sure to also enter the correct shipping address (street number and name, city, state, and postcode) as we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly.
  • If you fail to pick up an order that is waiting at a parcel collection point and the order is returned to us, then you will be required to pay for return postage to your address.
  • All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

  • All our standard orders are shipped through Australia post. All express shipping is shipped through Australia Post Express.
  • Packaging is an additional charge which will be calculated at the time of purchase.
  • We are able to offer the following shipping options:
  • Standard shipping AUD 8.30 (2-5 business days)
  • Express shipping AUD 11.30 (1-2 business days)

Delivery times may vary depending on your exact location.

  • When you place an order with Eve and Luxe, you will receive a confirmation email advising that your order has been received and is being packed.
  • When your goods are dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second email confirming goods have been successfully shipped.
  • Please note that all orders will take 1-2 business days to process prior to shipping from our warehouse (located in Melbourne), regardless of the shipping method selected.
  • Orders will usually arrive approximately between 2-5 business days from dispatch except during busy seasons (for example Christmas) where they may take longer. Eve and Luxe cannot make guarantees on behalf of Australia Post particularly where delivery times and tracking information is concerned.
  • Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
  • All orders placed must have the correct delivery details. If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, your order will be returned to sender, a return to sender fee will be charged to your account.
  • All standard and express orders have the option for the order to sign for on delivery or authority to leave without a signature. If a customer selects authority to leave without a signature, the customer will be liable if the item is stolen or left in an unsafe place. Eve and Luxe will not be liable for stolen or lost items if the customer has requested an authority to leave. 
  • If you have any concerns with your parcels’ arrival after dispatch. We suggest you contact Australia Post with your Tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

  • We currently only ship within Australia. We want our international customers to receive the most seamless experience. International shipping requires additional attention such as packing regulations, import conditions and delivery timeframes. We want to ensure all this is in place before we ship internationally. Stay tuned for updates on this.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • We are happy to refund you within 14 days of purchase if the product you receive is damaged or faulty i.e. contents are spilt during shipping or glass packaging is broken. Simply email us at hello@eveandluxe.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to help you.
  • We are happy to accept returns due to change of mind within 7 days of purchase, provided: 
  1. The product is sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods
  2. Proof of purchase/order information is included with the return
  3. Customer takes responsibility for their own return shipping cost
  • In the event of a refund due to change of mind, the refund will be processed once we receive your return tracking information.
  • The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the product purchased excluding freight or other relevant fees.
  • The refund will be processed into your original method of payment.
